Here's a great example of why you can't trust everything you read on the internet, even if it's from a major news source.

Look at the photo and then read the caption. Can you see the problem?

(Hint: Maybe do a Google image search on what discharged 5.56 NATO rounds look like.)

Maybe it's some sort of new "softly-softly" approach being used by coalition forces.

No more "shooting" live rounds, because that's too dangerous. You've got to throw them instead.
